Out of Court Receivable Enforcement
It is the serice of typical receivables „enforcement“. Our contact with the debtor consists of written, phone reminders, sending SMS messages and personal contacting. The purpose of this service is ensuring the payment of outstanding amount by the debtor in the shortest time as possible. The communication with the debtors is managed by experienced specialists providing the warranty of high workmanship in the manner of communication. We also realize that debtors are your customers, as well, with who you would like to keep good relations. All steps performed by our company with the purpose of the payment of receivables strictly comply with all legal and ethical standards applicable on the territory of the Slovak Republic and European Union.
We provide our clients with regular reports on the position of their receivables within agreed times just as with all services we provide.
